Pacific State Metals

Pacific State Metals (Holdings) Limited is an Australian-based minerals exploration company with a core mission to find and develop large copper, nickel, and base metal deposits. The Company was incorporated on 9 July 2020 in the state of Victoria for the purpose of acquiring copper and other base metal projects. Since incorporation, the Company has built a portfolio of greenfield exploration projects in New South Wales and Western Australia. Pacific State Metals is aiming to raise between $5 to 6 million @ $0.20 for an IPO on the ASX before the end of 2023. The New South Wales Projects include the 100% owned Packsaddle and NW Cobar Projects, which are considered prospective for large copper, base metal, nickel sulphide and gold deposits. These projects represent a new frontier for exploration in western NSW, located at the southern margin of the Thomson Orogen with large geophysical anomalies associated with crustal-scale structures. The Western Australian Projects include the 100% owned West Murchison and Fraser Range Projects, both of which are considered highly prospective for large Ni-Cu-PGE and base metal discoveries. The West Murchison Project contains similar host geology, geophysical anomalies and geochemical signatures as the Julimar Ni-Cu-PGE deposit, whereas the Fraser Range Project is located within the Albany Fraser Orogen, which is host to the Nova-Bollinger and Silver Knight deposits.
