About Pacific ADHC:
Pacific ADHC is the Pacific brand's firstly established ADHC/CBAS (community-based adult services) center, located in San Fernando Valley. Pacific ADHC was established in October 2000, and this year marks our 23rd year of operation in the health care industry as a certified CBAS/ADHC services provider.
Throughout these 23 years, we at Pacific have provided comprehensive care to nearly a thousand participants in the Los Angeles/Valley area. Our program and services are provided primarily in Korean for the large local community of non-English speaking Korean seniors.
At our centers, we strive to provide participants with the best care and help to maintain participants' health. We have a team of health professionals with different specialties, onsite everyday. Together, our team of professionals work with participants to establish a customized care plan focusing on the participant's health and social goals, concerns, and needs.

About the CBAS Program:
CBAS, which stands for Community-Based Adult Services, is a community-based day health program that provides services to older adults and adults with chronic medical, cognitive, or behavioral health conditions and/or disabilities that make them at risk of needing institutional care.
The CBAS program goals are to restore or maintain the eligible participant's optimal capacity for self-care and delay or prevent inappropriate or personally undesirable institutionalization.
