Pacific Islands Climate Adaptation Science Center company information, Employees & Contact Information

The Pacific Islands Climate Adaptation Science Center (PI-CASC) was established by the Department of the Interior (DOI) on October 7, 2011 to address the challenges presented by climate change and variability for federal, state, nongovernmental, community, indigenous Pacific Islanders, and resource managers. PI-CASC spans the Pacific Basin from the Hawaiian Island archipelago to the US-affiliated islands of the South Pacific, including American Samoa, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of Palau, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. PI-CASC is one of nine regional centers across the United States and is hosted by a university consortium, led by the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, in cooperation with the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo and the University of Guam, bringing the expertise of this university consortium to work with our federal partners from the USGS.
