Pacific Sanctuary Holdings Sdn Bhd is a private limited property development company based in Sabah. Among its major projects is PACIFICITY, an 18.5-acre premier mixed-use residential, commercial, retail, entertainment and hospitality hub at the iconic Likas Bay, Kota Kinabalu. Set to open in phases from 2018, PACIFICITY has been designed to contribute to the development of Sabah as one of the most vibrant, creative, dynamic and liveable cities in Asia. Having enlisted key names to anchor its mall – the likes of TGV, Harvey Norman and Everrise – as well as Hotel Jen of the Shangri-La Group of Hotels & Resorts amongst other prominent players for its hospitality arm, PACIFICITY will directly cater to the everyday needs of residents, working professionals and local visitors and international tourists.
