Who we are: Pacific Paramount Properties own and manage a property portfolio in South Africa with its niche in the acquisition of retail centres and commercial buildings from the North West through to the Western Cape Province. With offices in Cape Town and Pretoria, the company specializes in retail leasing, property management, tenant representation, acquisitions and developments in order to achieve stability for long-term success. Our focus: We primarily focus on identifying and acquiring properties which have failed to maintain their market value; these centres are quite often in communities which need to be revived in order to bring around a key change in the area and provide retail services and amenities to the local community. Our mission: Pacific Paramount prides itself on turning around centres through sound guidance, management and marketing and as a result, this directly increases the value of each tenant’s business ensuring continued growth and in turn, creating jobs either directly or indirectly via service providers such as cleaning, recycling, security and maintenance companies to the benefit of the community at large. Acquisitions: Pacific Paramount’s acquisition proposals to extend its portfolio is driven through the continued demand to further increase retail services in the areas in which we operate. These acquisitions and developments add considerable value to the areas, as well as provide long-term support to the community with an emphasis on creating employment and ultimately significantly increase the land value for the benefit of the overall landowners.
