Packtion LLC

Packtion was a Packaging Solution Software (SaaS) start-up funded by Morgan Stanley Venture Capital, Silgan Holdings, and Diamond Technology, Inc. with an initial commitment of $53M in early 2000. Subsequent investors included DuPont and Proctor & Gamble. The company grew to 70 employees, but did not survive the economic downturn in 2001 and subsequently liquidated.
