PacLII is a non-profit organization that provides free and open access to legal information from 20 Pacific Islands Countries. We collect and publish legal materials such as court decisions, legislation, and decisions of various tribunals and panels on our website www.paclii.org. PacLII is an initiative of the University of the South Pacific School of Law with assistance from AustLII. We are a signatory to the Montreal Declaration on Public Access to Law and participate in the Free Access to Law Movement. Our mission is to make legal information accessible to everyone in the Pacific.
