The PACT Urban Peace Program works with systemically under-resourced communities to build shared capacity, equity and change. Our award-winning community programming, food security initiatives, youth life coaching, mentorship, and experiential learning opportunities drive impact that echoes through families, neighbourhoods, and communities. PACT’s intergenerational approach ensures that this programming reaches young people, families, seniors, and systemically excluded individuals so we can build nurturing, accessible communities together.
