The PacTS4ALL project aims to coordinate tourism upskilling and reskilling efforts, including the European Commission’s Pact for Skills for Tourism, launched in 2020 under the European Skills Agenda. The Large-Scale Skills Partnership (LSP) in tourism has been active for nearly two years, organizing around 14 coordination meetings and engaging almost 80 signatories committed to improving workforce skills in Europe's tourism sector.
