Over Pactum Wij bieden kinderen, jongeren en hun gezinnen hulp bij opgroeien en opvoeden. Zodat ‘thuis’ voor iedereen weer veilig wordt én blijft. We zijn een echte netwerkorganisatie. Hierbij werken we nauw samen met gemeenten en hun lokale toegang, maar ook met lokale en landelijke ketenpartners. Samen kunnen we betere hulp bieden aan kinderen, jongeren en hun gezinnen. Zodat zij op eigen kracht verder kunnen. Dichtbij, effectief en samen Tijdens het hulpverleningstraject werken de jeugdigen, gezinsleden en hulpverleners samen met hun netwerk en eventuele ketenpartners. We zetten de hulp zoveel mogelijk in de omgeving in van het kind, de jongere en het gezin. Thuis, maar ook op scholen, kinderdagverblijven, sportscholen, et cetera.
