Paddington Square

Paddington Square is a new and design-forward workspace, shopping and dining quarter at the heart of Paddington’s regeneration. Owned by Great Western Developments Ltd and managed by Sellar, the visionary developer behind The Shard, Paddington Square has been conceived as a future-optimised, mixed-use development. The building will provide a flexible and inspiring environment, with sustainability and wellbeing at it core, designed as a connected and socially collaborative workspace for progressive industries and future thinkers. Set to open later this year, the Renzo Piano Building Workshop designed building will appear to float above the ground floor piazza; a light-filled crystalline building with a rooftop restaurant offering panoramic views of Hyde Park and London. A place with a cultural heart, Paddington Square will also contain four floors of shopping, restaurants and cafes, and 1.35 acres of new civic space, programmed with contemporary art and cultural events. As a gateway into central London, Paddington Square benefits from Paddington’s national and international transport links, as well as the Elizabeth line accessible by a brand new Bakerloo line station entrance just minutes from the workspace and shops.
