In my last 18 years carrier, I worked as a freelancer for many companies for almost 8 years and found that most of the startups are happy to work on a contract basis services for accounting, taxation, payroll etc. as a result they found an efficient work, none depending as well as lower cost for the services. When I was getting more response to these services, after one small survey we decided to start the service company and serve the startups and establish companies as well. Me, Sharad Surana as a accounting professional having experience for 18 plus years and CA Anurag Meherwal with the experience of 12 plus years decided to get these services in to a venture and we started Padma Accounting and Taxation Services in 2023 in Pune and Ahmednagar in Maharashtra.
