Everyone of us needs to feel autonomous, competent, and connected in order to be motivated. Sure, all of us are different and have varying needs and goals. That is why it is important to look closely how to adapt knowledge, competences, and skills transfer to the target group. The website and the ideas for projects are developing. Padmanau Studio ist die Idee, in der Wachstum wirklich wird. Yoga vereint Körper und Geist über den Atem. Coaching vereint das Wollen mit dem Weg. Verschiedene Körper-, Atem- und Entspannungsübungen führen in das Hier und Jetzt - wo wahre Begegnungen und Zusammenarbeit möglich ist. Gerne coache ich dich, mache mit dir Yoga - oder aber begleite Ihr Team bei der Entwicklung seiner Stärken, z.B. an einem Teamtag mit Entspannung und Neugierde. Mit schamanischem Trommeln und dem kreativen Lernen über das, was die Einzelnen im Team ausmacht.
