Padmos Shipyard

The Padmos Shipyard was created in 1930 and developed into the yard it is in 89 years. What started as an engine repair business has grown into a well-recognized name in the world of shipbuilding, with experience on all types of vessels: fishing, tugboats, workboats, as well as design, engineering and manufacturing of several types of winches. And besides, thanks to our partnership with Mitsubishi engine we are able to deliver you the engines you need. Located on three different places (Stellendam, Bruinisse (NL) and Kilmore Quay (IRL), we are able to offer an excellent service for construction, maintenance, renovation or conversion of your vessel. For a few years now, Padmos has built several new ships with new design more environmental-friendly, like MDV-1 Immanuel (Ship of the Year 2015), a multi-purposed fishing boat, was the first step to this new logic. Five 19m vessels for Boulogne, two 22m vessels for Lorient whose the Marie-Lou and two new 30m vessels for Urk (NL). Key point in the development and construction of the new vessels is reduction of the fuel consumption. Four new vessels of 25m, one 16m scallop beamer and two 38m beamtrawlers will be delivered before the end of 2020. Padmos keeps you fishing.
