Pad Needed Dignity Seeded Initiative in Sudan
Founded in 2020, PNDS is a civil society initiative dedicated to alleviating period poverty and promoting sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) in Sudan, particularly in vulnerable communities and conflict settings.
Mission:
We fight inequality to end period poverty, violence, and promote sexual and reproductive health and rights.
Vision:
"A world where menstrual equity and reproductive justice is a reality, and every individual has access to the dignity, health, and support they deserve."

We provide menstrual pads, educational resources, and support on menstrual health, ensuring better access to essential resources and information for the most marginalized groups.
Through the documentation of menstrual oral histories and community engagement, we strive to create lasting cultural and societal change and empower menstruators across Sudan and worldwide.
