Pages From Paxton is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that brings books to children in hospitals and disadvantaged situations. It is named after Paxton Naiditch, who passed away in August 2024 from complications of a congenital heart defect he had his entire 5.5 year life. Being medically challenged and spending months of his life in the hospital did not stop Paxton from having a love of reading. To honor his love of books after his death, Paxton's parents asked for book donations to bring to Nebraska Children's Medical Center on Paxton's 6th birthday on November 14, 2024. The word spread, and the books arrived. In total, 3,778 books were donated to the hospital! The outpour of support was overwhelming. From there, the idea for Pages From Paxton was born.
