PAGODA “A temple, a sacred building, usually a pyramid like tower, typically having upward-curving multi-tiered roofs” has been founded by Shweta Mishra, after 15 years of work experience in advertising & hospitality industry, where she worked for globally acclaimed hotels. Having the managerial experience of heading the convention & events department in hotels, it was natural for her to ensure the best her hotel provided for her guests in terms of cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene and aesthetics. With the experience of designing the service delivery system with focus on the elements creating value for the core organisations and to engage frontline employees to deliver the ultimate customer, began the journey of understanding the key elements of a service delivery system along with the need of well equipped professionals to cater to the needs of small and large work places where cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene were part of their daily routine, starting outside-in (office to home). Inspired from the day of the announcement of the ‘Swaach Bharat Abhiyan’ on October 2, 2014, began the journey of building my dream project which would not only increase employment but also incorporate CSR as our company’s core believe system.
