Park Avenue is a private chalet park in Leysdown-on-Sea, on the Isle of Sheppey, Kent.
The village has been a holiday getaway for generations of families from Kent, London and beyond.
Since 1980, the community of chalet owners at Park Avenue have owned the site collectively, managed by a committee elected from among the owners. This makes it unique within the many chalet and caravan parks on the island.
Park Avenue is open 10 months of the year, March-December.
We have clubhouse, Southbank Club, which is licensed, open to the public, and features family entertainment, live music, and festive events throughout the season.
PAHV does not sell individual chalets, but we advertise sales on behalf of owners and our Park Manager can show prospective owners round the site.
