Paint Chill Co offers a unique team bonding experience that will break down boundaries and help co-workers see each other in a new light! HOW IT WORKS Co-workers will receive individual canvases and will be asked to follow the step by step instructions by the artist. Team members will be required to use their listening and visual skills to complete the task in a medium that is unfamiliar, but very fun! Lot’s of laughs will be had as co-workers bond over a levelled playing field as they notice there unique qualities in their paintings, although following the same instructions. FEEL THE BENEFITS>> IMPROVED LISTENING SKILLS Co-workers will be required to follow the step-by-step guidance of the Artist instructor to achieve similar results. LEVEL PLAYING FIELD As this is an activity that most attendees don’t do on a regular basis, working together on a project that none of them are familiar with helps to breaks down barriers and encourages interaction between different company levels. CREATIVE BOOST When we are creating, it helps unlock inspiration for new and innovative ideas. PROVIDES A CHALLENGE At first glance the team may not know how to reach the final result and will keep them focused on the task at hand. INCREASES RELAXATION Inside each of us, there is a fundamental desire to be creative and a unique need to use our hands. We have noticed that their is an inherent relaxation that comes from this type of activity. SENSE OF ACHIEVEMENT It’s exciting to bring something to life. Something you have personally made. At the end of the event, each team member will have created their own version of the painting taught by the artist. Completing something they didn’t think they could do provides a huge sense of achievement and confidence boost. Not only boosting the individual, but the whole team.
