PakArbitrationLaw has been established as an online knowledge-sharing platform in Pakistan, focused on promoting the understanding and awareness of arbitration in Pakistan.
PakArbitrationLaw is directed towards young practitioners and law students, within or outside Pakistan, who are encouraged to exchange opinions on matters of international and Pakistani arbitration. It aims to develop a strong network of practitioners who are motivated to develop arbitration in Pakistan.
Presently, the emphasis will be on sharing articles on relevant issues of Pakistani and international arbitration. Young practitioners and law students are, therefore, invited to submit commentaries on arbitration-related topics only. Professionals from other backgrounds are also welcome to contribute.
