The field of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Testing is an emerging field of electrical engineering in Pakistan , which is also related to the very small number of people who are considered experts in the field of High Frequency electronics design and manufacture whether digital or analog from TTL to CMOS.Alongwith comes the microwave and RF transmissions through antennas and its mixers, oscillators and other abundant passive and active devices.
Our team is currently conducting EMC tests for local products and some foriegn products so that we can comply to the international standards. Our telecommunication authority advises us on which standard we have to follow. As i said earlier todays study of EMI/EMC is very mathematical and well calcualted kind of phenomenon and we would ask the companies to start looking into EMC design at the design stage and prototype stage. Our experience for the past many years has grown exponentially in this field. Some of our colleagues have completed projects with our industry to define how EMC can be incorporated at the design stage. EMC Compliance has been a very integral part of the electronics and electromechanical industry since long but it has gradually shaped acceptance in Pakistan.
