Established in 2022, Pak Social Inc. (Pak) is a startup located in the heart of the Washington D.C. metro area. Its mobile application, Pak, is a geo-social networking platform designed specifically for dog lovers. At its core, Pak helps dog owners connect with one another and find their ideal match based on shared interests and values. Our innovative matching algorithms will help users find compatible playmates for their dog based on a variety of different factors including: age, size, gender, breed, playstyle, temperament, and activity level. Pak also connects dog owners based on similar interests so users can find the next potential dog-walking buddy, playmate, or potential romantic partner. In addition to facilitating connections, our platform will also serve as a comprehensive resource for dog owners seeking information and guidance on how to keep their dogs healthy and happy. Our platform will feature a wide range of expert-reviewed articles, user-generated content, and interactive tools, including a dog breed selector and resources that demonstrate how to properly introduce your dog to a potential partner and their dog. Pak’s goal is to create a dynamic and supportive community for dog owners, where they can share their experiences and connect with others who share their love for dogs. Our platform will offer a variety of ways for users to interact and engage with one another, including the ability to share photos and updates, send private messages, and create events and schedule activities. In addition to these features, our platform will also include a directory of partnered businesses that cater to dogs, including online retailers, social clubs, veterinarians, groomers, trainers, and pet stores. Users will be able to search for businesses by location and earn reward points that can be redeemed for exclusive rewards and discounts by completing weekly challenges.
