Legal Basis of Establishment–PT Sumpah Palapa Mada was legally established through Notarial Deed No. 19, dated 5 July 2024, by Zulfahmy Yanuar Adam, SH., M.Kn., a Notary in Cilegon. The establishment was officially sanctioned by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia under Decree No. AHU-0049711.AH.01.01 TAHUN 2024, dated 8 July 2024.
