Canada’s most innovative, sustainable industries are suffering from major skills gaps. We want to fix that! We run rapid training and upskilling programs designed to help participants quickly get jobs in a growing industries. All of our programs are built with employers and industry partners and provide ongoing job search support. We work with academic institutions, researchers and other non-profits to identify in-demand skilling areas, build upskilling curriculum, launch pilot programs and scale existing programs. Career outcomes and job placement is our number one priority! SalesCamp - B2B Sales Training: Palette launched SalesCamp in June 2019. SalesCamp responds to the needs of tech firms looking for sales talent. It is a 6-week intensive, experience-based sales training program designed to help introduce the in-demand area of B2B sales to professionals in need of a change. Digital Agriculture Fundamentals program: Our innovative upskilling program was designed for motivated workers who want to join the agricultural food and technology sector. In consultation with leading agri-tech businesses and key academic partners, the program puts diverse, well-trained talent together with leading agri-tech businesses. In 2022, we launched Upskill Canada, a national talent platform that helps fast-growing companies access the talent they need to compete and succeed globally. We're rapidly growing and expanding our programming to new cities and sectors across Canada.
