Founded in 2012 by Antoine Dréan, a serial entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in the private equity industry, Palico is a FINRA-approved Electronic Trading System (ETS) facilitating end-to-end LP-led secondary transactions online. By digitizing LP-led secondaries, Palico provides investors with a secure, efficient, transparent, and innovative approach to secondary transactions. With its global network of over 1,800 KYC-verified buyers (both traditional and non-traditional) and sellers, Palico offers a diverse range of secondary opportunities across all sizes, strategies, and geographies. Before founding Palico, Antoine also founded Triago in 1992—a pioneering private equity placement agent—which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2024, and Mantra Investment Partners in 2007.
