Palindrome Labs is the brainchild of a content creator and former digital influencer: after accumulating 15 years of research and exploration on content consumption trends, creation frameworks and methodologies and how they link towards building social capital, she began developing her own framework in 2016, which has now come to be the signature Palindrome Process. A framework built on the foundations of agile, scrum and lean product development methodologies, combined with design thinking and careful consideration surrounding CX, UX and UI - the Palindrome Process has gone through multiple iterations before what it is today. Private beta open now. Featuring fully customisable, modular components with clear expected responsibilities and a visual overview of the entire content ecosystem - this tool highlights the importance of standardised systems and process workflows to ensure ownership and accountability, bringing clarity and alignment to a company’s culture and well, making content conversion rates make sense. Working in startups for 6 years and collecting experiences proved the need for systemic change. Since the pandemic continued on into 2021, the focus has shifted towards DX and tech adoption, particularly with digital marketing in itself becoming a mandatory pivot for most, if not every entity currently in the business landscape. The word inbound is thrown around far too much now. While a shift in perspective is generally a requirement for this, it does not help with the current influx of “marketing gurus” and claims to success and fame online, some even going as far as to turn their businesses into the (now virtual) digital creative sweatshops of APAC and beyond. Palindrome Labs isn't just a research hub, or a SaaS company. We are a movement, fighting for the expansion and growth of the creator economy as a whole, and to highlight the urgency for creators to be seen as valuable team members, respected and praised for their process and efforts.
