We all know physical health is linked to emotional health, we know the outdoors is important to many aspects of our lives. So using the anologue of a Peloton in relation to PALOTON, Think of how others can support our team as we cruise along and take the lead when others need that support. Everyone takes their turn, everyone understands their own strengths and abilities- together wow! What a movement of people. It could be gym buddies, cycling, walking, coffee, skipping and so much more - creating community in many ways.
