Pinnacle Assisted Living Services

Pinnacle Assisted Living Services (PALS), licensed Adult Family Homes, under Wisconsin Administrative Code DHS 88 and Community Based Residential Facilities under Wisconsin Administrative Code DHS 83, to serve up to eight individuals 18 years or older with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, advanced age, mental illness, traumatic brain injury, Irreversible dementia/Alzheimer’s, Alcohol/Drug dependent, or Terminally ill. Their homes are located within Whitewater, Wisconsin. PALS has specifically chosen this group of individuals based on experience. The owners have worked for 30 years with the frail elderly, developmentally disabled, mentally ill, and brain injured. PALS AHFs and CBRFs have the capacity and training to provide physical and emotional care and recognize and meet the individual needs of each resident.
