Our story begins in Thessaloniki in 1975, when Panagiotis Paltsidis' unstoppable passion and love for Greek traditional cuisine inspired him to create and introduce his unique specials (tzatziki, feta spread, taramosalata, etc.) to the local market, transforming ouzo meze into a true gastronomic experience!
