Palu Produktif merupakan komunitas yang dibangun sejak 2021 melalui program pelatihan intensif dan pengembangan kapasitas diri untuk membekali talenta muda Kota Palu dengan keahlian yang dibutuhkan agar mampu bersaing secara kompetitif. Palu Produktif menghadirkan mentor inspiratif dan berpengalaman yang berasal dari kalangan profesional muda dengan latar belakang yang relevan dengan topik kelas Palu Produktif.
Hingga saat ini, program Palu Produktif telah diikuti dan dirasakan manfaatnya oleh 700 pemuda-pemudi, 33 komunitas kepemudaan di Kota Palu dan 70 lebih peserta untuk program pelatihan.
