Pamet Group

Pamet Group is a boutique design-driven real estate firm based in Boston. The Pamet River flows east to west from the Atlantic Ocean to the Cape Cod bay, through the penultimate town on the Cape: Truro. The river is ever changing — during high tide it’s flat as glass, yet six hours later the receded water reveals the complex landscape below. No matter the tide or time of day, standing on the bank of the river always yields a remarkable sight. We operate with the river in mind: our multidisciplinary approach to real estate allows us to be nimble and dynamic, unlocking value in unique ways and often overlooked places. Our core business units are development, sales & leasing, and project management. We incorporate smart design into all of these practices by leveraging our strategic partnership with local design firm C&J Katz Studio.
