Pamoja is a refugee-led nonprofit organization based in South Africa, committed to uplifting displaced and marginalized communities through dignity, opportunity, and collective action. Founded by refugees, for refugees, our mission is to ensure that every person regardless of status has access to the tools, support, and voice they need to thrive. We operate from the belief that those closest to the challenges are also closest to the solutions. Through education, advocacy, and economic empowerment, we are rewriting the narrative of displacement together.
