PAMS Foundation is a conservation non-profit in Tanzania found in 2009 with a mission to empower the people who protect wildlife and wild places. Our vision is to enable a world where people understand the value of nature, are supported and equipped to peacefully co-exist with wildlife, and where wildlife and wild places are secure.
Over the course of more than a decade, we have shown that a strong desire to listen, support, and collaborate with farmers and communities in wildlife areas builds enduring relationships that eventually foster cooperation and trust. These connections enable us to assist people in living sustainably and in harmony with their surroundings and the numerous wild creatures that coexist on the land.
PAMS employs creative approaches to look for adaptable solutions that tackle the most urgent problems that wildlife and people in natural areas face.
