Pan Panzerotto

Panzerotti are born from the Apulian peasant tradition. Their homeland is Bari, where they represent the iconic street food. Panzerotto is a fried crescent shaped dough pocket, stuffed with mozzarella and tomato. Pan Panzerotto uses a particular 'family secret' recipe and top quality ingredients. Also typical is the Panzerotto stuffed with minced meat or a sweet version with ricotta. To these types we added the gourmet flavours of Pan Panzerotto, all a must try! Having become a fashion, Panzerotto has crossed Italian borders and is now in Prague, in Karlin, a neighbourhood pulsing with young creativity.
