We have been providing software tools and professional services for BMC products since 1997, and have 250 customers worldwide. We are a BMC Solutions Partner. As well as delivering BMC ITSM products, we have also developed core products for use with the BMC Remedy AR System platform. Our Workflow Studio tool enables migration & comparison between servers, aides troubleshooting & promotes application understanding. Our RemChart product for ITSM, allows the user to graphically display a CMDB/Asset Topology in minutes and can be tailored to work with bespoke BMC Remedy applications. Panacea, in conjunction with Scapa technologies, has helped develop an AR System connector for the Scapa Test and Performance Platform. This best of breed product is the only Stresstest tool in the market with out of the box connectivity to the AR System.
