Welcome to PANCO CAFE, where Melbourne coffee culture meets with the rich traditions of Filipino cuisine. We invite you to experience an Australian approach to Filipino dishes, while sipping on coffee from the iconic Market Lane Coffee. When we first opened our cafe doors in 2022, we had a vision to create a space where people from all walks of life could come together to enjoy both specialty coffee and home-style Filipino fare. Two years on, we are proud to see that vision come to life. We’ve worked hard to build a community hub where traditions intersect and connections are made over a shared love of coffee, culture and food. Our partnership with Market Lane Coffee and direct relationships with coffee producers have allowed us to serve some of the finest single origin coffees, ensuring what you taste in the cup is the result of dedication and expertise. Similarly, every item on our menu is made in-house using traditional recipes and the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients. At our core, we’re not just another coffee shop. We’re a place of comfort, authenticity and quality. A place for people to enjoy both Melbourne’s coffee culture and Filipino home cooking.
