Hi, I’m Annette Ross-Webb, a Registered Nurse with over 14 years of experience and the founder of Panda Squad Cookies. My cookie journey began when I wanted to help my dad, who was struggling with weight gain and health issues. He often snacked on processed, sugary cookies, so I started baking vegan versions that tasted just as good—if not better. During this time, I was also navigating my own life changes after work-related injuries led me down a challenging path, both physically and emotionally. Adopting a vegan lifestyle also helped me during my recovery, and I discovered a passion for cooking and baking healthy meals for my family. After a lot of experimenting (and taste testing), my cookies became a hit—not just with my family, but also with neighbors, friends, and even strangers. That’s when Panda Squad Cookies LLC was born. Now, I run a fully licensed Cottage Food Producer and hold a Wholesale/Manufacture Food License in Minnesota, sharing feel-good cookies made with love, purpose, and zero guilt.
