PANDAS Foundation is a UK-wide support service for families facing prenatal/antenatal and postnatal mental health challenges. We also assist businesses and organisations in supporting employees who are parents or carers. Our mission is to ensure no parent, family member or carer feels alone.
How We Support Employers
PANDAS works with employers across all sectors to raise awareness and improve understanding of perinatal mental health in the workplace and during the return-to-work process. We offer tailored services to help organisations support their teams.
Speaker Programme
We provide informative and engaging presentations on perinatal mental health, delivered in person or virtually. These can be adapted for 1:1 sessions, large-scale events, or podcast interviews. We’ve partnered with numerous organisations to raise awareness and improve workplace culture around parental mental health.

HR Toolkit
Developed by HR expert, Dr. Krystal Wilkinson and PANDAS CEO, Annie Belasco, our free HR Toolkit supports wellbeing initiatives and employee assistance programmes. It educates and upskills employers on how to effectively support staff experiencing perinatal mental health issues.
This resource is available to download at no cost. However, if you find it valuable we would be grateful for any donation you are able to make. Your support enables us to continue our charitable work, reaching those who need it.
How We Support Parents and Carers
All of our support services are free and delivered by trained volunteers, overseen by our Support Services Managers. These include:
- WhatsApp, email, and bookable phone support
- Online and in-person peer support groups across the UK
We encourage employers to signpost our services within their wellbeing offerings.
We also partner with The Parent Gap, the UK’s first perinatal mental health workplace certification http://www.theparentgap.co.uk
