Pandora consulting is a Tunisian Research and Training Center specialized in Governance, Public Policies and Human Rights in North Africa. Pandora started as an initiative of young experts aiming at supporting democratic building processes in very complex environments through a combination of top- down and bottom up methods. Pandora is committed to accompany the sustainable building of democracy in North Africa and in particular in Tunisia. Our mission is to engage various stakeholders, from Governmental Institutions to International Organisations and Civil Society Actors in this process through providing them with researches to frame their projects, fulfill their objectives and build their capacities to design innovative solutions, adapted policies and sustainable actions. At Pandora, we bring the very best methodologies and tools to develop effective and objective solutions to issues related to Governance, Public Policies and Human Rights. We give a particular interest to the major ongoing or necessary reforms for the advancement of the democracy in North Africa. Pandora’s team is committed to innovate in terms of approaches and mechanisms and guarantees the inclusion of the targeted groups in the different phases of each project. Pandora’s goals are to: - Provide Public Institutions, Non Governmental Organisations and local civil society actors with researches focusing on major reforms to enlight decision making processes; - Support these institutions to set up mechanisms to foster their activities and better achieve their goals.
