PanelDuct is a high-performance ducting system designed to save time, reduce labour and deliver long-term results. Manufactured off-site in a controlled environment, our pre-insulated sheet metal panels ensure consistent quality, fast installation and fewer on-site delays. The airtight design cuts air leakage by up to 92%, lowers energy use and reduces CO₂ emissions. PanelDuct performs 50% better than standard Class D, with a U-Value of 0.23 W/(m²K) for strong thermal efficiency. Each system is built to last, with a rigid structure, durable Plastisol-coated finish and fire safety ratings that meet ASTM E84-20 Class A and EN13501 B-S3-d0 standards.
