Strong foundation: Panella is a newly established café and bakery shop that aims to serve premium quality products with high diversity at only fine class location as its products best fit the A class customers. Vision: Panella aims to be number one café and bakery shop in Egypt in serving the A class customers through providing a wide range of products that are made with an international level standard. Mission: Our mission is to overthrow our competitors and solely manipulate the targeted market segment. We are looking forward to make it a successful brand through spreading our chain in the different high class locations in Egypt. Employment standards: As Panella target the A class customers therefore we are hand picking only premium level employees who meet our customers expectations in term of attitude, behavior, looks, and skills. Competition: Our competitors are the stores that provide bakery and café products to the A class customers like Paul and TBS. Locations: As mentioned before Panella will be launched only at premium locations where our targeted audience can be found; therefore, our first store will be located in New Cairo in Arabella Mall, followed by our next branch in Suez road in front of El-Rehab city, and many more other launches are coming. Major products and services: Our main products are the products related to bakery and cafes product’s like specialty coffee with high quality cocoa grains and different unique flavors, and tastes, moreover we will be providing cakes, donuts, sandwiches, and many others all at a fine recipe and ingredients level.
