Definition: A polymeric material that provides sound and thermal insulation, produced under pressure and temperature during the rubber manufacturing process (with high tensile, compressive, and tear resistance), featuring interconnected amorphous open outer cells and amorphous closed inner cells. It contains no harmful volatile compounds, radioactive materials, heavy metals, or plastics harmful to human health. It is antibacterial.
DURABLE and LONG-LASTING
Panetti products are of high density. Thanks to its nano cells, Panetti never loses its unit volume mass and is extremely resistant to impacts. Panetti products do not allow water passage and are unaffected by water and humidity, remaining intact. The capillary water absorption rate is Zero (0).
THICKNESS, SIZE, AND LAMINATION
Panetti is produced in sheet or roll form with a thickness ranging from 1 mm to 40 mm with a precision of 0.5 mm. Laminations such as fabric, aluminum, etc., can be applied to Panetti.
SUITABLE FOR HEAT, SOUND, AND IMPACT NOISE INSULATION
The thermal conductivity coefficient of Panetti products is between 0.042 - 0.032 W/mK. These values are valid for different ambient temperatures. The density of Panetti ensures superior performance in sound insulation due to the amount of voids present within and on its surface. Its flexible and stable structure provides vibration and impact absorption properties. For these reasons, Panetti products can be applied in every detail where heat, sound, and impact-vibration insulation are considered, within the temperature range of +110 °C to -20 °C.
