At Pan Impact Foundation (PIF) formerly MIYO, we are on a mission to create pathways for African first-generations to thrive personally, educationally, and professionally. We empower African students (high school, college), as well as early-career professionals, with the tools, resources, and connections they need to succeed while strengthening their sense of purpose, identity, and community. PIF serves the African diaspora—particularly those in low-resourced communities—by providing programs that foster growth, connection, and empowerment. From faith-based initiatives to professional development, our work reflects the collective values of service, education, and belonging.
