- Panorama Holding Company and Photosol Development US sold their JV Photosol US Renewable Energy to ENGIE North America in March 2022. - March 28th 2022, ENGIE North America acquired the US operations and pipeline of Photosol US Renewable Energy which included over 7.5 GW of solar along with storage projects across the US. - March 14th 2022, D.E. Shaw Renewables aka DESRI acquired a total of 680MWp, assets requiring significant capex, located in San Juan County, New Mexico: Includes 2 secured projects of 376MWp with 20-year fixed-price PPAs executed and with commercial operation dates between 2022-2023 Includes 1 project in development of 304MWp to be operated starting 2025. Activities include over 9,000MW-AC utility-scale PV solar, battery storage and green hydrogen projects in various stages of development in WECC, CAISO, ERCOT, MISO, ISO-NE, SERC and SPP.
