De missie van Stichting Pantex Foundation is om zo veel mogelijk (jonge) mensen met ASS duurzaam aan een passende baan te helpen, primair in de IT-Branche. Pantex Foundation wil op verschillende manieren ondersteuning bieden aan mensen en organisaties om dit te realiseren. Deze ondersteuning bestaat uit het opleiden van jongeren met ASS en het ondersteunen van mensen met ASS bij het verkrijgen van een baan. Daarnaast richt Pantex Foundation zich ook tot organisaties die een medewerker met een ASS in dienst willen nemen.
