Penrith District Junior Rugby League (Panthers Juniors) is the largest Rugby League District in the world consisting of over 570 teams across all age groups, starting from as young as 4 years of age. Extending from Blacktown in the east to Katoomba in the west, from the Hawkesbury in the north to Wallacia in the south, the Penrith District Junior Rugby League consists of 23 sports clubs in the Western Sydney and Blue Mountains region. Panthers Juniors has seen constant growth over the last 10 years to a staggering 8600+ players across both male and female competitions. OUR MISSION Panthers Juniors strives to set the standard for Junior Rugby League sports club, giving reassurance of unrivalled service to our stakeholders. We do this through educating our members on governance, culminating in the delivery of policy and procedures. THE DIFFERENCE Panthers Juniors high retention and growth statistics is based on the delivery of education on acceptable standards, behaviors and safety of its sports club members in the Penrith and Districts Junior Rugby League. Panthers Juniors has a dedicated team of staff to delivery an unrivalled service to its members to reduce the workload and pressure of our volunteers. Panthers Juniors deliver innovative programs based on culture, life experience and enjoyment which focuses on building great people on and off the field. Panthers Juniors provides an Elite Panthers Pathways program from 13 years of age with highly skilled and educated coaches in ALL Rugby League areas. Panthers Juniors has story line features from U6s through to Open Age groups, this enables members to plan and prepare for next seasons exciting phase of junior footy.
