Pantreeco was an experiment in bringing B2B commerce online for small and medium businesses within the hospitality supply chain. The platform provided industry Suppliers specific tools to manage orders and critical business communication more efficiently with their customers in a highly integrated B2B marketplace.
During our R&D phase the platform facilitated over $26m in orders. The core customer base were small to medium coffee, pastry & dairy producers who were supplying regular orders to cafes and restaurants across Australia.
The company raised $750k in seed capital from industry and technology investors, and graduated from the world's #1 Hospitality Tech Accelerator, Metro Techstars in Berlin (2016).
Pantreeco was shut down in 2018 due to challenges of raising the required capital to mature and scale the platform to more customers.
