"Pantry" is a new kind of grocery store. Our mission is to help our customers put the joy back into cooking by simplifying planning and shopping. Customers will be able to choose from over 20 recipes that will be displayed in large, full color photographs around the store, and then in one spot, purchase the exact amount of pre-portioned ingredients to make the recipe for 2, 4 or more people. You buy exactly the amount you need, so there is no waste. If a recipe calls for 2 sprigs of Thai basil, you get 2 sprigs of Thai basil. No going to multiple stores to find champagne vinegar or cracked wheat berries, no wondering if green onions are a suitable substitute for leeks. All recipes include full color photos and step-by-step instructions. Recipes are accessible to the novice but still fun for the experienced cook. In short, we plan to provide delicious and healthy chef-designed recipes, the top quality ingredients to make them and sommelier paired wines with witch to enjoy them. There are recipes to fit every diet, and they rotate frequently and seasonally. When possible we emphasize local and organic foods. We are located at 1622 Beacon st. Brookline MA, 02446
