Panza Mia Ltd is a London based multi-brand restaurant/fast food company focusing on delivering high-quality, yet affordable, Italian food via the conventional delivery platforms to London foodies We are on a journey to allow people discover the flavours of the Italian Cucina Povera – the “poor cooking” tradition from the rural Italy – through the ancient guidelines of the original recipes, evolved and adapted to satisfy the tastes and needs of cosmopolitan communities As of today, we operate through a dark kitchen located in South West London, Vauxhall, serving an area with over 400k people of outreach The Company currently owns two brands, Panza Mia and Mamma Made Gnocchi, whilst a third brand concept, Putcha Dynasty, is currently under development Our goal is to operate several multi-brand dark kitchens, and turn the most successful and promising brands into small grab & go shops throughout London, subsequently expanding footprint in England
