PANZO is an Italian fast casual dining pizzeria and growing company.
PANZO vision started as a result of a long research to achieve the right balance between lightness and crispiness to get the perfect pizza.
In fact, we don't make a normal pizza, we make PANZOs, delicious and beautiful artisan PANZOs, low in saturated fat, easy to digest and topped with the finest ingredients.
The dough is made with a combination of rice, soy and wheat flour added to sourdough, water, salt, tiny bit of yeast and extra virgin olive oil; all mixed together with a lot of love and left to prove patiently for up to 72 hours. Our PANZO bases are crispy and fragrant thanks to a slow ‘double-cooking’ method that allows a balanced bake at all times without burning the flavour of our fresh toppings.
